2 1/2 Lb Mi Tienda para Tacos de Carne Al Pastor
18 Mi Tienda Ready To Cook Flour Tortillas, plus more as needed
1 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Restaurant Style 50/50 Blend Cheese, shredded, plus more as needed
1 cup(s) Mi Tienda Refried Pinto Beans, Heated in microwave, use more as needed
12 Oz H-E-B Queso Classic, as needed

In a large pan cook carne al pastor until begins to brown and is fully cooked. Set aside.

Meanwhile, set another large non-stick pan over medium-heat. Cook tortillas accordingly to package directions but do not let them get color. Set aside.

Remove each from heat and set aside. Repeat this process as needed with additional tortillas.

To build each quesadilla, use par cooked tortillas and same pan, add some Tex Mex cheese and cooked carne al pastor evenly onto a tortilla.

Place another tortilla on top of pork and cheese, spread beans evenly on top and drizzle with queso. Top with another tortilla and allow bottom tortilla get nicely browned.

Then, carefully flip quesadilla over and allow to finish cooking until tortillas are evenly browned on both sides.

Remove quesadillas to a cutting board, allow to cool slightly before cutting in half. Garnish with pico del gallo, sour cream or salsa if desired.
