Traditional Meatloaf with Cracker Crumbs

Ingredients

Recipe makes 10 Servings

1 Lb ground pork
2 Lb ground sirloin
1/2 large yellow onion, chopped
2 large eggs
2 Tbsp mustard
4 Tbsp H-E-B Worcestershire Sauce
1 sleeve of H-E-B Saltine Crackers, placed in gallon size bag and crushed by hand
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup(s) whole milk
2 Tsp kosher salt
1 Tsp black pepper
4 green onion

Preheat oven to 375˚F.

Line a sheet pan with foil and then cover with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until just incorporated. Do not over work.

Place meatloaf mixture in middle of sheet pan and form into a 10-inch long and 3-inch tall loaf. (Size of meat loaf will affect cook time.)

Bake for 45 to 60 minutes or until cooked through. For a great crust, turn on broiler for last 2 to 3 minutes of cooking.

Allow to cool for 3 to 5 minutes then slice and serve with your favorite sides. Garnish with green onions if desired.
