8 Lb H-E-B Prime 1 Ribeye Boneless
6 Tbsp Adams Reserve Sear-N-Crust Prime Rib & Steak Rub
2 Tbsp Adams Reserve Reserve Rib, Roast and Steak Rub
1 Fischer & Wieser Four Star Provisions Onion Blossom Horseradish Dip

Instructions

Heat oven to 325°F.

Coat roast with Sear-N-Crust Rub over all surface areas; then sprinkle Rib, Roast and Steak Rub over top and sides.

Place roast on a rack in a shallow roasting pan, fat-side up.

Place in oven; cook beef 20-25 minutes per pound or to an internal temperature of 135°F for medium-rare doneness.

Remove from oven and let stand 15 minutes while temperature of beef rises another 10°F or so.

Carve beef into slices as thick as you wish.

Serve with horseradish sauce.
