1 1/2 Lb ground beef
1 1/2 Tbsp H‑E‑B Texas Prime Coarse Seasoning
1 1/2 cup(s) Bloody Revolution Texas Prime Ribeye Bloody Mary Mix, (or flavor of your choice)
11 Oz H-E-B Southwestern Corn, drained
15 1/2 Oz can black eyed peas, drained
10 1/2 Oz can H-E-B Cream of Poblano Condensed Soup
1 cup(s) H‑E‑B Mexican Blend Fancy Shredded Cheese
15 Oz Hill Country Fare Crispy Rounds, (half 30 oz. package) frozen

Heat oven to 425ºF.

Heat an oven-proof skillet over medium high. Add ground beef. Brown well.

Add seasoning and Bloody Mary mix, stir well and allow to simmer 4 to 5 minutes to concentrate flavors.

Add corn, black eyed peas and soup. Stir to mix and bring to a simmer again.

Remove from heat. Top with cheese and a single layer of tater tots.

Place in oven and cook until tater tots are brown and crispy, about 15 to 18 minutes.
