4 H-E-Buddy Honey Graham Crackers
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 Tbsp cane sugar
4 cup(s) orange juice
1 Qt H-E-B Creamy Creations 1905 Vanilla Ice Cream
11 Oz mandarin orange slices, drained

Instructions

Place graham crackers in food processor bowl or blender and process to coarse crumbs. Add melted butter and sugar and process for 10 seconds to combine. Spread graham cracker crumble into a microwave-safe baking dish and microwave on High power for 1 minute. set aside and allow to cool.

Place 1 scoop H-E-B Creamy Creations® 1905 Vanilla Ice Cream in 4 tall glasses. Add 2 tablespoons mandarin oranges and one more scoop of ice cream. Pour 1 cup of orange juice in each glass and top with 1 to 2 tablespoons of graham cracker crumble and remaining mandarin orange sections.
