2 4/5 Oz Casi Terlingua TX Championship Chili Recipe Mix
1/2 cup(s) Wondra Flour
1 cup(s) white onion(s), sliced
14 1/2 Oz Diced Tomatoes For Chili
3 1/2 cup(s) beef stock

Instructions

Add brisket to Instapot with chili mix and flour. Toss everything to coat thoroughly.

Add onions, tomatoes, and beef stock. Place lid on Instapot and set it for 60 minutes.

Once cooked, allow pressure to release before opening top. Shred meat with tongs then serve with your favorite toppings like sour cream, cheese and green onions.
