Ingredients

Recipe makes 6 Servings

1 Lb lean ground turkey
1 Tbsp low sodium taco seasoning
6 Mason Jars, with lids
1 15oz can, low sodium black beans, rinsed and drained
1 tomato, diced
4 Tbsp H-E-B Organics Italian Salad Dressing
4 cup(s) shredded lettuce
1/2 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup(s) tortilla chips, crumbled

Instructions

In a large non-stick pan cook turkey with taco seasoning, breaking up with a fork, until cooked through. Cool briefly.

Divide turkey evenly among Mason jars followed by black beans, tomatoes, Italian vinaigrette, lettuce and cheese. Top with crumbled tortillas.

Add lids and chill until ready to serve.

Shake right before serving.
