5 Oz Stove Top Whole Wheat Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Italian Blend 6 Cheese
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
14 1/2 Oz Italian diced tomatoes
1 H-E-B Italian Style Seasoned Pork Tenderloin

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Combine stuffing mix, cheese, seasoning, and canned tomatoes in a bowl; mix with a couple of tablespoons of water until dry ingredients are moist.

Cut tenderloin length-wise and stuff it with the mixture; roll it back together and pin with toothpicks or tie it up with twine.

Lay tenderloin on base and mold remaining mixture around meat; pat together and place on a baking sheet.

Bake for 18-20 minutes loosely covered with foil.

Remove foil and brown for 10 more minutes until internal temperature reaches 170°F.
