Spicy Grilled Pork Apple Skewers

1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Spiced Apple Cider
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 Tsp garlic cloves, minced
1 Tsp kosher salt
1/2 Tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 large pork tenderloin, cut into 1 inch cubes
2 Fuji apples, cored and cut into eighths
12 metal skewers

Instructions

Whisk apple cider, maple syrup, garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil together in a bowl, then transfer that along with cubed pork to a zip top bag.

Refrigerate bag for 2 to 6 hours.

Preheat grill to medium-high flame.

Thread alternating pieces of pork and apple on four 12 inch metal skewers and brush with remaining marinade.

Grill skewers for 7-8 minutes per side. Remove from grill and serve with desired side dish.
