Soy Glazed Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

Recipe makes 4 Servings

2 Tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce, or low salt tamari
1 1/2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp fresh ginger root, peeled and finely grated
20 Oz H-E-B Whole Brussels Sprouts, cut in half from top to bottom
6 Oz petite baby carrots
1 cup(s) green onions, finely chopped
1/4 cup(s) fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Add oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and ginger to a large bowl and whisk together.

Add Brussels spouts and carrots to bowl and toss well to coat.

Spread out in an even layer on a sheet pan and roast for 18 to 20 minutes, or until Brussels sprouts are slightly charred.

To serve, place roasted vegetables on a serving dish and garnish with green onions and cilantro.
