32 Oz H-E-B Black Beans
2 Pt cherry tomatoes, halved
2 cup(s) sweet corn
1 cup(s) H-E-B Poblano Caesar Salad Dressing, as desired
30 Oz Romaine salad
2 large Large Hass avocado, cut into wedges
12 Oz H-E-B Queso Fresco, crumbled
7 Oz H-E-B Tri-Color Tortilla Strips
2 Tbsp lime, juiced

Instructions

Rinse black beans and drain well. place beans, tomato halves and corn in a medium bowl.

Add dressing; stir to combine. Cover bowl and chill until ready to serve salad.

Place romaine in a large salad bowl; toss with chilled dressing and vegetable mixture.

Halve avocados; remove seeds, peel and cut into wedges.

Add avocados, cheese, tortilla strips and lime juice to salad; toss gently and serve.
