Smokehouse Brussels Nourish Bowl with Seared Flat Iron Steak

1 small sweet potato
9 Oz Mann's Smokehouse Brussels Nourish Bowl
10 Oz beef flat iron steak
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tsp garlic powder
1/2 Tsp black pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Pierce sweet potato once with a fork and place in oven. Roast until fork tender.

Once sweet potato is fully cooked, heat oil in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat.

Season steak with garlic powder and black pepper, then sear for 4 minutes per side, remove and allow steak to rest before slicing.

In the same pan, add in Smokehouse Brussels, rice packet and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes before adding in sauce, toss to coat.

To plate, cut sweet potato in half and divide evenly among 2 bowls and gently mash. Top with Smokehouse Brussels and beef.

Serve immediately.
