Ingredients

Recipe makes 6 Servings

1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Lb prime sirloin steak, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 Tsp smoked paprika
1 Tsp thyme, dried
1 Tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp garlic, minced
8 Oz sliced mushrooms, sliced
2 Tbsp flour
8 fl oz H-E-B Select Ingredients Beef Broth
1/4 cup(s) nonfat greek yogurt
2 cup(s) egg noodles, cooked

Instructions

Heat oil in large sauté pan over high heat.

Season the beef generously with paprika, thyme and pepper.

Reduce heat and to medium-high heat and add in garlic and pre-sliced mushrooms.

Cook an additional 5 minutes or until beef and mushrooms have browned well.

Sprinkle the mushrooms and beef with flour and stir until flour is combined.

Slowly add in the beef broth in and bring up to a simmer until sauce thickens.

Remove from the heat and stir in yogurt.

Serve over noodles.
