32 Oz Mi Tienda Fully Cooked Jalapeño and Cheese Tamales
12 Oz H-E-B Pico de Gallo, as needed
1 cup(s) H-E-B Restaurant Style 50/50 Blend Cheese, as needed

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350˚F.

Place muffin liners into muffin tins, chop up tamales into chunks and place a few chunks into each muffin cup to just fill to top.

Place a spoonful of pico de gallo in each cup and top each with cheese.

Bake until cheesy and melted, garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
