4 medium ruby red grapefruits
12 Oz H-E-B Blended Lemon Yogurt
1/3 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Sucralose Pouch
8 mint
8 H-E-B Maraschino Cherries, drained

Instructions

Peel grapefruit with knife.

Use paring knife to separate each grapefruit segment from membrane.

Place segments on sheet pan, cover with plastic wrap, freeze 30 minutes.

Combine frozen grapefruit segments, yogurt and sweetener in food processor bowl; process 30 seconds or until smooth and creamy.

Scoop into sherbet dishes; freeze until ready to serve.

Garnish with a mint leaf and cherry before serving.
