16 Oz H-E-B Fruit Strawberries, frozen
8 Oz H-E-B Fat Free Cream Cheese, softened
3 2/5 Oz Hill Country Fare Vanilla Instant Pudding
1 cup(s) H-E-B Fat Free Sour Cream
1 Hill Country Fare Round Graham Pie Crust

Instructions

Place 1/2 package of frozen strawberries in a blender or food processor bowl.

Process for 30 seconds or until strawberries are coarsely chopped and set aside.

Combine cream cheese, instant pudding and sour cream in a mixing bowl. Mix ingredients with an electric mixer on high speed for 2 minutes.

Stir in the coarsely chopped strawberries and spread the mixture over the crust.

Cover cheese cake with plastic wrap and freeze for 1 hour and then serve or move to refrigerator.
