17 Oz white cake mix
1/2 cup(s) shredded sweetened coconut
1/2 cup(s) chopped pecans, toasted pecans is preferred
1 cup(s) half & half
3 large eggs
1/2 cup(s) sour cream
2 Oz salted butter, melted, approximately 1/2 a stick

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350*F. Grease or butter a 9x13 inch oven safe casserole dish and set aside.

Using a stand mixer with a paddle attachment, combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix until a smooth, creamy batter is formed.

Pour into prepared pan, spreading batter out to ensure even cooking.

Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center of cake pulls out clean. Cool for 20 to 25 minutes before frosting.
