New England Lobster Rolls

Ingredients

Recipe makes 4 Servings

2 cup(s) cooked lobster meat, chilled
2 Tbsp H-E-B Real Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp celery, chopped
1/2 Tsp kosher salt
1/4 Tsp H-E-B Black Pepper
4 Tbsp H-E-B Unsalted Butter, softened
4 H-E-B Hot Dog Buns

Instructions

Chop lobster meat coarsely.

Place in a large bowl and toss with mayonnaise, celery, salt and pepper. Cover and place in refrigerator to chill.

Spread 1/2 tablespoon butter over each cut-side of hot dog buns; be careful not to pull buns apart.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat; heat buns in skillet, cut-side down, to brown slightly.

Remove from skillet and fill each bun with 1/4 lobster salad mixture.
