Ingredients

Recipe makes 8 Servings

2 Tbsp kosher salt
5 Oz H-E-B Easy Melt Cheese
1 cup(s) H-E-B Fancy Shredded Cheddar Cheese
3 cup(s) shell pasta, uncooked
1 cup(s) H‑E‑B Carolina Reaper Pepper Cheese Puffs, smashed

Instructions

Bring 3 cups of water to a boil in a large pot and add salt.

Meanwhile, place another pot over medium-low heat, add all the cheeses and allow to melt slowly, stirring periodically.

Once water comes to a boil, add shell pasta, return to a full boil and cook 7 to 8 minutes or until tender.

Strain noodles well to remove as much water as possible. Place in a mixing bowl, pour melted cheese over the top and mix together.

Spray an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with non-stick spray and add mac and cheese, spreading out evenly in dish.

Top with crushed cheese puffs and bake 40 minutes.
