12 Oz H-E-B Restaurant Style Corn Tortilla Chips
4 cup(s) H‑E‑B Select Ingredients Colby Jack Thick Cut Shreds, divided use, plus more as needed
2 cup(s) leftover cooked Thanksgiving turkey, shredded or finely chopped
1 large jalapeño, thinly sliced or minced
1/2 cup(s) dried cranberries
1/2 cup(s) green onions, finely chopped
1/3 cup(s) Fischer & Wieser Four Star Provisions Cran Razz Sauce, plus more as needed

Preheat oven to 400˚F.

Line a sheet pan with foil, spread chips evenly onto sheet pan, cover chips evenly with 2.5 cups of shredded cheese.

Sprinkle turkey, jalapeños, cranberries, and green onions evenly over cheese. Add remaining cheese over everything.

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is nicely melted and bubbly. Drizzle nachos with Cran Razz sauce as desired.
