2 Tbsp H-E-B Organics Garlic Canola Oil
1/2 Lb chicken thighs, chopped into bite-sized pieces
1/2 Lb smoked sausage, sliced
1/2 Lb crawfish tails
1 Cookwell & Company Two Step Gumbo
2 cup(s) chicken broth
2 cup(s) frozen okra

Instructions

Add garlic canola oil to a large soup pot. Add chicken, sausage and crawfish to pan. Sauté over medium high heat until chicken is cooked through, about 5 to 6 minutes.

Reduce heat to medium and add gumbo, chicken stock and frozen okra to pot. Bring to a simmer and let cook about 15 minutes.

Serve gumbo alone or over cooked rice as desired.
