Herb Butter Roasted Broccoli & Cauliflower

Recipe makes 4 Servings

12 Oz broccoli & cauliflower florets
1 Tbsp olive oil
4 Oz Rosemary & Garlic Cooking Sauce
2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated or shredded

Instructions

Preheat oven to 450ºF. Place broccoli & cauliflower mix on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.

Cook 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from oven and turn oven up to broil.

Pour sauce over veggies and stir to coat. Sprinkle with Parmesan.

Return to broiler 2 to 3 minutes, or until edges are light brown. Serve immediately
