1 Tbsp canola oil
1/2 cup(s) tomato, chopped
1/2 cup(s) green bell peppers, chopped
1/2 cup(s) white onion, chopped
1 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B® Real Egg
6 H-E-B® Bake Shop Whole Wheat Tortillas

Instructions

Heat a skillet over high heat for 3 minutes.

Add the oil, chopped tomatoes, bell pepper and onions.

Stir-fry the tomato mixture for 2 minutes or until the onion is soft.

Reduce the heat to medium low and add the egg.

Stir-fry the egg mixture until the eggs are cooked. Keep eggs warm.

Heat tortillas according to package directions.

Add egg mixture evenly into each tortilla.
