Ingredients

Recipe makes 10 Servings

1 cup(s) pineapple juice
1/2 cup(s) orange juice
1/3 cup(s) soy sauce
1/4 cup(s) white vinegar
1 Tbsp garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

In a sauce pot combine pineapple juice, orange juice, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, mustard and brown sugar.

Bring mixture to a boil and while it is cooking combine cornstarch with 1/4 cup of water. Mix together and add it to boiling sauce.

Reduce heat and whisk constantly until sauce thickens then remove from heat.

Allow to cool slightly and serve with Hill Country Fare Chicken Nuggets.
