1 1/2 Tsp unsalted butter
12 H-E-B Bake Shop Wheat Bread Slices
10 Oz H-E-B Black Forest Ham
2 cup(s) H-E-B Fancy Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 cup(s) H-E-B Thin Potato Chips, jalapeno queso, crushed
6 H-E-B Fully Cooked Bacon slices, chopped
6 Oz H-E-B Original Real Egg
1 cup(s) H-E-B Half and Half Fat Free
1/8 Tsp H-E-B Ground Nutmeg
1/8 Tsp H-E-B Salt
1/8 Tsp H-E-B Ground Black Pepper

Pre-heat oven to 375°F.

Butter a 9 by 13 inch glass baking dish.

Butter both sides of bread and layer 6 of them into the bottom of the baking dish, overlapping them as necessary but keep them even.

Layer the slices of ham on top of the bread, then 6 slices of bread, cheese, potato chips and bacon.

In a separate bowl, beat together eggs, half and half, nutmeg, salt and pepper.

Pour over casserole to reach the top and bake for 45 minutes until brown and bubbly.
