Ingredients

Recipe makes 6 Servings

1 red onion, peeled and cut into eight wedges
1 red bell pepper, cut into 6 pieces
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 6 pieces
1 green bell peppers, cut into six pieces
2 portobello mushrooms, each cut into six chunks
24 Oz H-E-B Wild Yellowfin Tuna Steaks, each cut into three chunks
5 Oz H-E-B Great Catch Spicy Asian Splash

Instructions

Combine onions, peppers, mushrooms, tuna, and Spicy Asian Splash in a large zipper bag.

Turn bag over gently to coat all of the ingredients well.

Marinate mixture for 30 minutes in refrigerator.

Thread four metal or water-soaked bamboo skewers with portions of onion, mushroom, tuna, and pepper.

Cover and refrigerate until ready to grill.

Prepare charcoal or gas grill for cooking (375°F).

Grill for 4 minutes per side, or until tuna is cooked to desired degree of doneness.
