3/4 cup(s) pastry flour
4 Oz unsalted butter, cubed and ice cold
3 Oz Nutiva Organic Shortening
1/2 Tsp kosher salt
2 1/4 Tbsp ice cold water

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Add lid and press low speed button until a dough ball forms, about 2 minutes.

Remove lid and blade from chopper and wrap dough ball in plastic wrap. Place in refrigerator to rest for at least 1 hour before use.
