2 medium hearts of romaine, chopped
3 1/2 Oz H-E-B Tri Color Tortilla Strips
1/4 cup(s) pepitas
1/4 cup(s) Cotija cheese, crumbled
1/3 cup(s) H-E-B Creamy Avocado Dressing

Preheat grill to medium-high.

Grill chicken several minutes per side (until temperature reaches a minimum of 165ºF). Remove from grill, allow to rest, then slice.

Combine chicken with romaine, tortilla strips, pepitas, Cotija cheese and avocado dressing. Toss well and serve.
