3 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Long Grain Rice, uncooked
1/2 cup(s) green bell peppers, diced (1 small)
1 sweet onion, chopped (about .5 cup)
1 Tsp garlic, finely chopped
1 Tsp pepper
1/2 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp cumin
10 Oz H-E-B Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
8 Oz H-E-B Tomato Sauce No Salt
2 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Select Ingredients Chicken Broth

Instructions

Heat oil in medium skillet over medium-low heat.

Add rice, bell pepper, onion and garlic; cook until rice is lightly browned, stirring frequently.

Stir in all remaining ingredients.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer until all liquid is absorbed. (about 20 minutes, without stirring).
