Recipe makes 4 Servings

2 Tbsp Hill Country Fare Vegetable Oil
1 1/2 Lb halibut steaks, cut 1 inch thick
1 curry powder
4 H-E-B Peeled Garlic Cloves, crushed
1 1/2 Tsp H-E-B Curry Powder
14 Oz crushed tomatoes
1 Tsp H-E-B Iodized Salt
1 Tsp Hill Country Fare Black Pepper

Instructions

Heat oil over medium-high heat in a 12 inch nonstick skillet.

Cook fish on each side for 4-5 minutes until golden.

Remove fish and cover to keep warm.

Reduce heat to medium and sauté onions, garlic and curry powder for 1 minute or until onions are soft.

Add tomatoes, salt and pepper to skillet.

Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Pour sauce over fish or simmer fish in sauce for a few minutes then serve.
