Ingredients

Recipe makes 24 Servings

5 jalapeño pepper, sliced
3 cup(s) apple cider vinegar
12 Oz dried cranberries
1 cup(s) granulated sugar
1 Tbsp kosher salt
1/4 cup(s) mustard seeds
1 cinnamon stick
1/3 cup(s) shallots
1 pint mason jar with lid

Instructions

Place all ingredients into non reactive saucepan and bring mixture to a simmer.

Continue to cook 45 - 60 minutes or until liquid in pot has almost completely evaporated and cranberries are nice and soft.

Transfer mostarda to jar, close lid and cool on counter before transferring to fridge. Mostarda will keep in refrigerator about a month.
