Recipe makes 24 Servings

24 Oz Ambrosia Chocolate Flavored Bark Coating, chopped into small pieces
24 large strawberries

Instructions

Place the chocolate in the top portion of a double boiler pan.

Place 1 1/2 cups water in the bottom portion of a double boiler pan.

Heat over medium high heat, stirring frequently, until chocolate in upper pan begins to melt.

Allow melted chocolate to cool to 84°F.

Dip the bottom third of each strawberry in the melted chocolate syrup.

Set on a clean baking sheet and allow to chill for 15 minutes or until set.

Allow the fruit to set a room temperature for 10-15 minutes before serving.
