Ingredients

Recipe makes 6 Servings

2 Tbsp sesame oil, divided use
1 Lb chicken breast for stir fry
16 Oz stir fry vegetable medley
1 medium white onion, sliced
2 cup(s) mushrooms, sliced
1 Tbsp garlic cloves, diced
1 Tbsp fresh ginger root, diced
1/2 cup(s) plum sauce
2 Tbsp less sodium soy sauce
1/8 Tsp kosher salt, to taste
1/8 Tsp ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Bring a medium sauté pan to medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon sesame oil and chicken, sauté 6 to 7 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.

In the same pan add remaining oil, vegetables, garlic, and ginger. Sauté 4 to 5 minutes on medium-high heat.

Add cooked chicken to pan and finish with plum sauce, soy sauce, and salt and pepper to taste.
