5 Oz baby spinach, roughly chopped
4 Oz H-E-B Reduced Fat Whipped Cream Cheese Spread
1 Tsp garlic powder
1 Lb H-E-B Extra Thin Sliced Chicken Breasts
1/2 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp black pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375˚F and line a sheet pan with foil.

Combine spinach with cream cheese and garlic powder in a bowl and set aside.

Lay out thinly sliced chicken breast onto the foil lined sheet pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper on both sides.

Spread a generous portion of spinach cream cheese mixture onto seasoned chicken breast.

Roll up chicken breast and secure with a toothpick. Place in the oven for 15 minutes until cooked through.
