Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 Lb chicken breast boneless, skinless
2 Tbsp lemon, juiced
1 Tsp McCormick Curry Powder
2 Tsp pure olive oil
3 garlic, crushed
4 whole wheat pita pockets
4 Tbsp H-E-B Roasted Garlic Hummus
2 cup(s) romaine lettuce, shredded
1 roma tomato, sliced

Instructions

Preheat grill to 375°F.

Season chicken with lemon juice, curry powder, olive oil and garlic.

Grill for 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from the grill and set aside.

Cut each pita in half and open. Spread 1 tablespoon of hummus into each half of pita and stuff with chicken, lettuce and tomato.
