1 1/2 cup(s) salsa verde
6 Oz H‑E‑B Original Chicharrones Pork Rinds, plus 2 Tbsp chicharrones, crushed small
6 corn tortillas, warmed
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Mi Comida Queso Fresco
1/3 cup(s) cilantro, washed and dried, leaves picked

Place water, salsa verde, and chicharrones in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until salsa has thickened and chicharrones are softened.

Place 2 to 3 tablespoons of chicharron salsa mixture in the center of a warm tortilla. Top with a sprinkle of queso fresco and a few cilantro leaves.

Garnish with crushed chicharrones and serve immediately.
