1 Lb Texas strip steaks
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B That Green Sauce, plus more as needed for garnish
8 corn or flour tortillas, plus more as needed
1/2 cup(s) white onion, diced
1 bunch cilantro, stems removed, rough chopped

Instructions

Preheat grill to 350ºF or medium-high.

Season steaks with a liberal pinch of salt and pepper.

Grill to desired doneness then set aside a few minutes to rest.

Slice meat thinly and place in a bowl.

Add salsa and toss to coat.
