Recipe makes 4 Servings

4 slices H-E-B 100% Whole Wheat with Honey Bread, toasted
2 Tbsp H-E-B Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
4 slices H-E-B Maple Turkey Bacon, cooked
8 H-E-B Angel Sweet Tomatoes, halved
10 Oz baby spinach
1 small avocado, remove skin and pit and cut into chunks
4 wooden skewers

Instructions

Trim crust and spread one side of each slice of toast with ranch dressing, then cut into fourths.

Cut each slice of bacon into four equal pieces.

On each skewer, layer bread, bacon, tomato, spinach and avocado. Repeat until ingredients are evenly distributed.
