2 Responsibly Raised Redfish Fillets
3 Tbsp H-E-B Sweet Cream Salted Butter, divided use
1/2 Tbsp H-E-B Fish Market Blackened Seasoning
1 Tbsp H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

With the tip of a sharp knife, make 2 shallow cuts in the skin side of each redfish fillet.

Melt 2 tablespoons of butter then brush it on each side of the fillets. Season both sides of fish with blackened seasoning.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil and remaining butter. When butter is melted, carefully lay each fillet skin-side up in the skillet.

Cook 5 minutes, flip, and cook an additional 5 minutes. When fish is opaque and flakes when gently pressed, it is done.

Remove to a serving plate and drizzle pan juices over fillets. Serve immediately.
