Blackberry and Brie Grilled Cheese

Recipe makes 2 Servings

2 Tbsp butter
4 slices H-E-B Bakery Sourdough Bread
6 Oz H-E-B Artisan Brie, thinly sliced
1 cup(s) fresh blackberries, cut in half lengthwise

Instructions

Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat.

Place one slice of bread into skillet and top with half of Brie and blackberries. Top with a second slice of bread.

Cook several minutes on one side then flip, adding additional butter if needed.

Continue to cook until cheese is melted and both sides are crisp and golden. Repeat with second sandwich.
