Beef and Broccolini Stir fry

Ingredients

Recipe makes 6 Servings

3/4 Lb top sirloin steak boneless, natural, thinly sliced
6 Tbsp teriyaki sauce, divided
1/2 cup(s) low sodium beef broth
1 Tbsp corn starch
1 Tsp red chili flakes
3 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 garlic, minced
1/2 green onions, cut in 1-inch pieces
8 Oz broccolini, cut 1-inch pieces

Instructions

In a small bowl, combine beef and 3 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce. Toss to coat and set aside.

In a separate bowl, combine broth, cornstarch, red chili flakes and remaining teriyaki sauce. Set aside.

Place a large skillet over high heat with oil and heat until it just begins to smoke.

Add sirloin and cook stirring constantly until browned. Transfer meat to a plate.

To the same skillet, add garlic, green onions and broccolini. Cook several minutes, stirring constantly.

Add broth mixture and bring to a simmer.

Return beef to skillet and stir to combine. Cook until sauce is thickened slightly and coats broccolini and beef.
