Recipe makes 6 Servings

16 Oz Ziti pasta, prepare according to package directions
3 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
4 Garlic cloves, diced
1 Lb Pork breakfast sausage
15 Oz Tomato puree
2 Tbsp Adams Reserve Cacio e Pepe Bread Dipper
15 Oz Whole milk ricotta cheese
3 Large eggs, whipped
1/3 cup(s) Grated pecorino romano cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a dutch oven, add olive oil.

Add diced garlic and simmer for 3 minutes.

Add pork and brown with garlic.

Add tomato puree and Adams Reserve Seasoning until heated thoroughly.

Mix meat sauce and pasta with ricotta cream cheese, whipped eggs, and half of the Romano cheese then pour into a 9 x 13 baking dish.

Top with the rest of the Romano cheese.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until turning brown.
