5 Oz Hill Country Fare Fideo
8 Hill Country Fare frozen Chicken Tenders, thawed
1 cup(s) white onion, chopped
16 Oz H-E-B Cheesy Chicken Enchilada Soup
1 cup(s) H-E-B Fancy Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
1 green onions, chopped for garnish

Instructions

Heat oven to 450°F.

Spray a 13 x 9 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.

Arrange the uncooked fideo (vermicelli) in the baking dish and top with the thawed chicken tenders, chopped onion, the H-E-B Cheesy Enchilada Soup and 1/2 cup water.

Bake the chicken tenders for 10 minutes then top with shredded cheese and bake for 5 more minutes or until the fideo has absorbed the sauce, do not overcook the chicken will be tough.

Top with chopped green onions for garnish and serve.
