Bacon Glazed Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 Tsp olive oil
4 cup(s) brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved
1/8 Tsp salt
1/8 Tsp pepper
1/3 cup(s) shallots, finely chopped
1 Tbsp butter
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Select Ingredients Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth
1/2 cup(s) Better than Good Bacon Jam

Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add Brussels sprouts and season with salt and pepper.

Cook, stirring often, until well browned in spots and beginning to soften, 5-7 minutes.

Reduce heat to low and add shallots and butter. Cook, stirring often, until soft, about 3 minutes.

dd broth; increase heat and bring to a boil, scraping up browned bits from bottom of pan.

Reduce to medium-low and simmer until broth has evaporated, 1-2 minutes.
