Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 Lb lean ground turkey
1 large avocado, cut into large chunks
2 Tsp Adams Reserve Citrus Sriracha Rub
1 Tbsp garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup(s) almond meal
1 medium jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped
1/2 Tsp kosher salt
4 cup(s) romaine lettuce, chopped
1 large beefsteak tomato, chopped
1 medium cucumber, chopped
2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, combine turkey, avocado, rub, garlic, almond meal, jalapeño and salt.

Mix well and form into 4 patties.

Grill patties for 7 minutes per side or until an internal thermometer reads 165ºF.

Prepare salad by combining lettuce, tomato, cucumber, lime juice and oil in a large bowl. Toss to coat.

To serve, divide salad among 4 plates and top with a burger.
