1 H-E-B Midtown Pizza Crust
2 cup(s) arugula
2 Tbsp Central Market Organics Extra Virgin Olive Oil, plus more for pizza crust
1 Tbsp lemon, juiced
1 cup(s) Boar's Head Pecorino Romano Cheese, grated
6 prosciutto, thinly sliced
1/4 cup(s) Parmesan cheese, shaved for topping
1/2 Tsp H-E-B Kosher Salt
1 Tsp pepper

Instructions

Let pizza crust thaw per package directions.

Combine arugula, olive oil, and lemon juice in a bowl. Toss to coat and set aside.

Brush a little olive oil evenly over pizza crust then sprinkle with Pecorino Romano cheese.

Spread prosciutto evenly over cheese. Bake per pizza crust package directions.
