Air Fryer Pineapple Chicken Skewers

8 Oz boneless skinless chicken breasts
20 Oz Fresh Cut Pineapple
4 Oz honey BBQ sauce
5 4/5 Qt air fryer

Instructions

Place chicken on a cutting board, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes and set aside in a small bowl.

Measure out honey bbq sauce into a cup.

Alternately thread chicken and pineapple on the air fryer skewers until you have reached the top of the skewers.

Place skewers on a small piece of foil, drizzle 2 ounces of bbq sauce over the top then place on skewer rack.

Place rack in fryer and cook 7 minutes. Drizzle remaining bbq sauce over skewers then return to fryer and cook another 8 minutes. Remove and serve hot.
