10 Oz New York Strip
1 Tsp kosher salt, as needed
1 Tsp cracked black pepper, as needed
2 1/2 L chefstyle Digital Air Fryer

Instructions

Season steak with salt and cracked pepper liberally on both sides.

Place into a 2.5 quart air fryer and set temperature to 400ºF for 12 minutes.

Rest steak before cutting and serving.
