Recipe makes 12 Servings

10 Oz organic salmon, skin removed, gently rinsed and dried
2 Oz soy sauce
1 Oz kimchee base
1 cup(s) green onions, thin sliced

Instructions

Place skinned salmon on a cutting board. Slice lengthwise into very thin 1 inch by 3 inch slices.

Lay salmon out on a baking sheet.

Using a blow torch, torch each piece of salmon for about 30 seconds then drizzle with a few drops of soy sauce.

Top with about 1/4 teaspoon of kimchee base and green onions.
