Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Fresh cilantro
  • 1 1/2 cups Curly leaf parsley
  • 3 cups Fresh mint
  • 2 cups Jalapeño pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups Uniq fruit, juiced
  • 1 tbsp Kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Tear and wash all produce under cold water. Chop stems off cilantro and parsley and reserve for blending.
  2. Remove stems from jalapeños and place in food processor along with parsley, cilantro and mint. Hand juice uniq fruit into the food processor and blend for 2 to 3 minutes.
